Sources have told AllHipHop.com that Dr. Dre's new brand of cognac will begin shipping to stores later this month and in the beginning of October.
Dr. Dre announced the details of his new line Aftermath Cognac in August of 2008. The first alcoholic drink from Dr. Dre is a joint venture between Dr. Dre and Interscope/Geffen/A&M Records.
The production and distribution of Aftermath Cognac will be handled by Abecassis Cognac, which will also help introduce a new 80-proof flavored and unflavored sparkling vodka product.
The Aftermath Cognac and accompanying vodka were originally supposed to be released to coincide with Dr. Dre's highly anticipated album Detox, which still has no official release date.
Dr. Dre teased fans during his performance with Eminem and Jay-Z at Detroit's Comerica Park, after they began chanting "Detox" in unison, in an attempt to push the produced to release the delayed album.
“I'm coming,” was all Dr. Dre told the crowd.
Detox is the follow-up to Dr. Dre's 1999 album 2001.

With the world in the palm of her hand right now Nicki Minaj will grace Complex Magazine Oct/Nov upcoming issue. So with her album set to release late November this feature seems like perfect timing. Definitely check out the photos as well as video footage below and the Magazine as soon as it hits newsstands as well as Nicki Minaj Album Pink Friday set to drop Nov.23! Regardless of what her album sell's overall or does in it's first week, I think Nicki Minaj impact on the game alone as a new artist and a female MC has already made history not to mention the music world take notice.

Trey Songz: Passion, Pain, & Pleasure |

Coming off such a explosive third album and no longer looked at as an underdog Trey Songz takes full advantage of being R&B's #1 Artist right now and drops his fourth album titled Pain, Passion & Pleasure. Powered by the albums first single "Bottoms Up", Trey Songz seems to have done it again! With a mixture of "Pain, Passion & Pleasure" this album divides up into 3 different directions and creates incredible records such as "Can't Be Friends"(Pain), "Doorbell"(Passion) and "Unfortunate"(Pleasure). Songz also teams up with Drake on "Unusual" which is more of a uptempo record compared to the well known "Successful" from Ready". I think what separates Trey Songz and has him as one of the music industry hottest artist is his ability to create the perfect balance of party anthems that listeners can enjoy listening to like "Alone" to bedroom songs such as "Love Faces" & "Panty Droppa"(Full Version as a iTunes Bonus).

Although record sales are at an all-time-low, Eminem continues to consistently keep going platinum. The Detroit rapper’s latest, “Recovery,” debuted at No.1 on Billboard’s American and European Albums charts his sixth straight No.1 album and remains at No.1 on both the U.S. and U.K. charts in its second week of release.
Though many doubted Eminem would be able to continue his streak, especially after ‘Recovery’ leaked, the album sold 741,000 copies in its first week, and is expected to move a projected 320-340,000 more in the U.S. in its second week, making it the best-selling U.S. debut since 2008.
The album’s Rihanna-featured single, “Love The Way You Lie” is currently burning up the singles charts, alongside the album’s first single, “Not Afraid.” A slew of other album tracks are currently on Billboard’s Hot 100, including “No Love” featuring Lil Wayne, “25 To Life” and “Won’t Back Down”.
