 Summit Entertainment has greenlit the movie Red, a spy-thriller movie based on the DC Comics graphic novel of the same name by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner. The film is directed by Robert Schwentke and is starring Bruce Willis in the lead role. Besides Willis, the cast also includes Morgan Freeman, Mary-Louise Parker, Helen Mirren, John Malkovich, Karl Urban, Brian Cox, Richard Dreyfuss, Ernest Borgnine, Julian McMahon, James Remar and Rebecca Pidgeon. The release date of Red is set for October 22, 2010."Red is the story of Frank Moses (Bruce Willis), a former black-ops CIA agent, who is now living a quiet life. That is, until the day a hi-tech assassin shows up intent on killing him. With his identity compromised and the life of the woman he cares for, Sarah (Mary-Louise Parker), endangered, Frank reassembles his old team (Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich and Helen Mirren) in a last ditch effort to survive." They thought Frank Moses (Bruce Willis) was the game, well they were wrong, and now he's on the hunt and will get justice! Mostly senior Actors in the movie Red, but they're still damn kicking and alive, so we may expect a hell of a movie: get ready to be blown away by Red! |
